Your health started decreasing, and you kept overeating.

At first I was unsure if anyone would respond, but over the next few days, I started getting replies!

Some told me "that's quite a horror story Rich."

It's because that's exactly what happened to me!

And I was NOT happy with my new dad bod...

I wanted to know EXACTLY what
they would do to get their body back.

Especially being in my 30's, my metabolism was NOT like it used to be in my 20’s.
   So What would you do on Day #1?

Here's the thing about building muscle...there's SO much information out there telling you how to train, but much of it is actually WRONG.

That's why I went to the best of the best...

Actual fitness pros, but hearing each of their stories was very emotional to me.

...And Others Made Me Cry As I Re-Lived With Them
What It Was Like When They First Got Started….

And Knowing What They Did Now, And Exactly What They Would Do If They Needed To Start All Over Again!

Some started with very little time on their hands

I believe that building muscle is not a right reserved for the young. Men in their 30's 40's, 50's, and even 60's CAN build muscle and look great!

But the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes because the body breaks down slowly every single day.

I knew I wanted to make my 30's the best decade of my life.

So I decided to take the leap of faith and start working out again. I worked super hard on myself and dropped 31lbs of fat in 12 weeks, gaining 20 lbs of muscle.

I was so excited with my results that I decided to enter a body building competition...and I won!

There and then, I knew beyond the shadow of a doubt, that if anyone followed these plans to a T, they could be successful!
